The success of Infinitas Asset Management Limited is gauged:

Our investment approach
We believe that great businesses make good investments when bought at a fair price. We believe that poor businesses tend to make poor investments at any price.
We believe that portfolios should be sufficiently diversified to protect your capital from the unexpected or rare event while being sufficiently concentrated to enable an attractive reward for intelligent and considered risk-taking.
We have a bias towards absolute performance (rather than relative performance) investing – losing less money than someone else during periods of downturn is little consolation.
We believe that is just common sense.
Our Directors
Steve Macdonald - Bachelor of Economics, Master of Applied Finance

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the financial and investment markets. His experience includes investment portfolio construction and management for Individually Managed Accounts and SMA’s at one of Australia’s largest funds management companies (BT Financial Group) where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager and had responsibility for over $A600 million.
Steve was an Associate Director, stockbroker and dealer in the financial markets for Macquarie Equities and Macquarie Bank and during his 8+ years there he was involved in the establishment of Macquarie’s agricultural commodities trading desk. He has worked as a financial planner and investment advisor at Westpac’s Private Bank and at a boutique investment firm – providing wealth management advice to high net wealth investors. In the late 1980’s Steve was Compliance Manager at Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu Limited & Midland Montagu Australia Limited - one of the most dynamic merchant banking groups of that era. Steve trained and worked initially as an accountant.
Steve is a co-founder of Infinitas and is an Executive Director of Infinitas Asset Management Limited and Infinitas Capital Pty Limited.
Bryce Reynolds - Bachelor of Commerce
Bryce has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with varied and extensive knowledge from funds management, equity trading, stockbroking, equity capital markets, corporate advisory and management positions.
Bryce became a founding director of Veritas Securities Limited in early 2006 and is the Managing Director of that company.
Clay Melbourn
Clay is an Executive Director of Veritas Securities Limited, a boutique stockbroking firm specialising in the resources sector. He has over 20 years of experience within the financial services sector with extensive knowledge from various equity trading, stockbroking and proprietary trading roles.
Graham Watman - Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, Diploma of Financial Management, ACA
Graham is a founding Partner of Catalyst Partners a highly successful firm of Managers & Accountants providing “family office” services to Australian and non-resident clients. He is an owner and developer of stud and commercial beef cattle properties in northern NSW and is responsible for management of a major cattle operation in Queensland for an investor client.
Graham was formerly Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of the Sydney office of Grant Thornton and the International Business Centre Director for Australia.
Dane Pymble - Diploma of Financial Services
DIRECTOR, RESEARCH & OPERATIONS
Dane is a co-founder of Infinitas and is an Executive Director of Infinitas Asset Management Limited and Infinitas Capital Pty Limited.
Dane has over 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry across a range of roles including managing a client service team, model portfolio construction for a Separately Managed Account service, investment research, business process improvement and compliance.
He has worked for a boutique investment house based in Sydney prior to joining one of Australia’s largest funds management companies - BT Financial Group in 2005. He has a Diploma of Financial Services from FINSIA.
Dane is responsible for investment research and overseeing the operations of the Infinitas businesses.
